Location: Boca Rio Road and SW 18th street in Palm Beach county FL

Vasani Consulting was engaged by M&J Construction to provide alternative Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) plans for an active roadway construction project. The original contract documents did not include sufficient staging layouts or temporary signage to allow safe and efficient access to the designated work zones.

Our team evaluated site conditions and construction sequencing to develop comprehensive alternative TTC plans in accordance with FDOT and MUTCD standards.

The plans incorporated

The plans incorporated appropriate staging areas, temporary traffic patterns, detour routes, and signage layouts designed to maintain traffic flow and protect both the traveling public and on-site workers.

By coordinating closely with the contractor and the Engineer of Record, Vasani Consulting delivered solutions that minimized disruptions, improved constructability, and maintained compliance with all applicable safety and permitting requirements.
